As we dedicated ourselves to energy transition, we are the first to move towards green mobility, easing the access to clean energies like CNG or hydrogen.

Descriptif du poste

Your job will consist in growing and structuring the sales teams, with 1 goal: boosting our revenues and margins to keep our #1 place in Europe.
95% of our customers are companies. Small, medium and large. From car rental to waste management through movie production and construction.
In strong relationship with the Top Management you will be part of strategic budgeting process as we set very high growth targets.
You will also have to work on national and international expansion.

In particular, your job will cover the following aspects:
Growth

  • Challenge the tools for sourcing, marketing automation and prospecting
  • Integrate and prospect new sectors (automobile, energy…)
  • Structuring Tankyou commercial approach (presentation, press…)

Team

  • Define clear sales process, from touchpoints to closing and repeat.
  • Hiring, managing and growing sales people
  • Enhance the Sales KPI and build a Data driven sales team

*Sales *

  • Identify new revenue streams
  • Launch new services (tyre pressure) / products (lubes)
  • Optimize pricing model & yield pricing

Profil recherché

We are looking for a top profile with:

  • a pronounced taste for BtB sales,
  • proven leadership capacity, and strong ambition,
  • a responsiveness never faulted,
  • excellent communication skills,
  • a first professional experience of 3 years minimum.
